Play Therapy

I provide a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approach that helps children express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through guided play.

Sand Tray Therapy

Miniatures are used in symbolic play and creative expression in a structured sandbox setting to help individuals process trauma, explore inner experiences, and gain insight in a safe, nonverbal way. Ages 10+, only available with Monday appointments. Contact me to schedule or join the waitlist.

Nature Therapy

Neurodiversity affirming therapy for kids and teens meets clients where they’re at, and doesn’t ask that they mask for an hour a week.
